uMuziwabantu Local Municipality is an administrative area in the Ugu District of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa.
Umuziwabantu is an isiZulu name meaning "the people's home", or a home with wide open doors where everyone is welcome.
The main source of income for the area is derived from the municipality’s extensive wattle, gum, pine and poplar plantations, and associated industries, including saw mills and furniture-making factories.

Mtubatuba is one of the five municipalities within Umkhanyakude District Municipality in KwaZulu Natal. Mtubatuba was named after the inkosi Mtubatuba of the Mkhwanazi Clan. It is situated on the north-east coast of the province, and was home to 175 425 people. Covering an area of approximately 1970km² Mtubatuba Municipality was one of the most urbanised municipality within the district, with 15% of the municipality falling under urban areas.
The two main town areas are Mtubatuba and St Lucia. The vast majority of the municipality was under traditional authority - almost 80% - indicating a high proportion of people residing in scattered, rural villages under the jurisdiction of traditional authorities. Greater Tubatse
Greater Tubatse Local municipality is a local municipality (Category B4) within the Sekhukhune District Municipality, in Limpopo Province. The municipality boarders Makuduthamaga Local Municipality in the south, Elias Motsoaledi Local Municipality in the east, Fetakgomo Local Municipality, Lepelle-Nkumpi Local Municipality in Capricorn District, Maruleng Local Municipality in Mopani District and Mpumalanga’s Thaba Chweu Local municipality. It is situated about 150 km from Polokwane, and 250 km’s from Mbombela. Geographically the municipality is the biggest of the five (5) local municipalities in Sekhukhune district, constituting 34,3% of the area with 4 550 square kilometers of the district’s 13 264 square kilometers. Ubuntu Local Municipality is a municipality in the Pixley ka Seme District Municipality of the Northern Cape Province of South Africa.
It is situated in Victoria West; other towns in the municipality are Richmond, Loxton and two small railway villages Hutchinson and Merriman.
The region forms a part of the Karoo area. The agriculture and tourism industries are supported by the location, topography and climate of the region.
A variety of minerals occur in the region yet no mining activities exist. Several applications for uranium prospecting have been submitted to the Department of Minerals and Energy. The new demarcation joined Victoria West, Hutchinson, Merriman, Loxton and Richmond into a single Municipality. Victoria West, situated on the N12, is the main town.
