Annual consumer inflation slumped to 4,7% in July from 5,4% in June. This is the lowest reading since July 2021, when the rate was 4,6%. Mafube

The Mafube Local Municipality is one of the local municipalities found within the Fezile Dabi District Municipality. The municipality was established in terms of section 12 of the Municipal Structures Act, 1998, following the local government elections of 2000.

The municipality is made up of four towns, namely Frankfort, Villiers, Cornelia and Tweeling. Frankfort serves as a home for the headquarters of the municipality.

Mangaung

Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality is a Category A municipality. It is situated in the Free State province, in the central interior of South Africa.  The Free State is bordered by Gauteng, the Eastern Cape, Northern Cape, KwaZulu-Natal and North West provinces, as well as the neighbouring country of Lesotho.
