There are two municipalities in South Africa with the name Naledi, one in the Free State province and the other in the North West province.  Naledi Local Municipality in the Free State province is located in the Xhariep District Municipality, sharing its eastern border with the country of Lesotho.

Of those aged 20 years and older, 7,7% have completed primary school, 33,7% have some secondary education, 18,6% have completed matric, and 5,2% have some form of higher education, while 6,8% of those aged 20 years and older have no form of schooling.
