Key findings: Report-50-11-01 - Building Statistics, 2013
The value of buildings reported as completed to municipalities increased by 16,8% from R52 606,5 million in 2012 to R61 448,4 million in 2013. The largest percentage increase was reported for non-residential buildings (24,0% or R3 158,5 million), followed by additions and alterations (17,8% or R2 034,7 million) and residential buildings (13,0% or R3 648,7 million).
