Key findings: Report-50-11-01 - Building Statistics, 2004
The value of buildings reported as completed to municipalities in the monthly and annual surveys increased by 39,8% from R18 491,6 million in 2003 to R25 848,1 million in 2004. Large increases were reported for residential (+50,2%), non-residential buildings (+22,8%) and additions and alterations (+22,6%).
