Key findings: Report-50-11-01 - Building Statistics, 2003
The value of buildings reported as completed to municipalities in the monthly and annual surveys increased by 21,1% from R15 265,1 million in 2002 to R18 491,6 million in 2003. Large increases were reported for residential (+23,8%), non-residential buildings (+18,7%) and additions and alterations (+15,5%).
