Publication description:
This report contains the 2010 Supply and Use tables (SU-tables), estimated according to the recommendations of the 2008 System of National Accounts (2008 SNA). The SU-tables, often regarded as the cornerstone of the SNA, have statistical and analytical functions.
As a statistical tool they serve as a coordinating framework for economic statistics, both conceptually for ensuring the consistency of the definitions and classifications used, and as an accounting framework for ensuring the numerical consistency of data obtained from different sources. As an analytical tool, the tables serve as a basis for calculating the economic data contained in the national accounts, and for detecting weaknesses in the economic data.
