Acid test ratio
Municipalities throughout the country recorded the acid test ratio of 1,3:1 during each of the financial years ended June 2006 and June 2007.
Current ratio
The current ratio of municipalities was 1,4:1 in 2006 financial year and 1,3:1 in 2006 financial year.
Water
The overall increase in the purchases and sales of water by municipalities for the country between 2006 and 2007 financial years was 13,9% and 14,9% respectively.
Electricity
Purchases of electricity by municipalities increased by 3.0% between 2006 and 2007 financial years. An increase of 10,1% was recorded in the sales of electricity over the same period.
