Annual growth rate for purchases of electricity unadjusted shows a positive growth of 5,7% between the quarters March 2016 and March 2017 while sales of electricity shows a negative growth rate of 1, 3%.

Quarterly growth rate for purchases of water seasonally adjusted shows a negative growth of 2, 5% between the quarters December 2016 and March 2017, while sales of water shows a positive growth rate of 3, 7% over the same period.
