The year-on-year increase of 7,4% in total income for the first quarter of 2011 was driven by restaurants and coffee shops (7,1% and contributing 3,8 percentage points), takeaway and fast-food outlets (11,1% and contributing 2,9 percentage points) and caterers (9,4% and contributing 1,5 percentage points).
