The year-on-year increase of 9,6% in total income for the fourth quarter of 2010 was driven by restaurants and coffee shops (8,5% and contributing 4,4 percentage points), takeaway and fast-food outlets (10,4% and contributing 2,9 percentage points) and caterers (14,3% and contributing 2,2 percentage points).
