Stay units available

The number of stay units available between the fourth quarter of 2007 and the fourth quarter of 2006 decreased slightly by 1,4%. In addition, there was a slight decrease of 1,1% in the number of stay units available during December 2007 (105 100) compared to December 2006 (106 300).

Number of stay unit nights sold increases

The number of stay unit nights sold during the fourth quarter of 2007 increased by 6,5% (from 5 041 400 to
5 368 500) compared to the fourth quarter of 2006.

Occupancy rate increases

The occupancy rate during the fourth quarter of 2007 increased by 8,0% (from 51,4% to 55,5%) compared to the fourth quarter of 2006. Furthermore, the occupancy rate for December 2007 increased by 6,3% (from 51,5% to 54,8%) compared to December 2006.

Income from accommodation increases
