Motor trade sales slow down

Motor trade sales for the three months ended August 2008 increased by 5,2% compared with the three months ended August 2007, while the corresponding growth for 2007 was 6,9%. Seasonally adjusted motor trade sales for the three months ended August 2008 decreased by 2,8% compared with the three months ended May 2008.
