Retail trade sales show an increase in real terms

Retail trade sales at constant (2000) prices, for the three months up to October 2007, showed an increase of 3,2% compared with the three months up to October 2006. Similarly, retail trade sales at constant (2000) prices, for the first ten months of 2007, increased by 6,5% compared with the first ten months of 2006. This is lower than the 9,8% growth for the first ten months of 2006 compared with the corresponding ten months of 2005.

Retail trade sales at constant (2000) prices, for October 2007, showed an increase of 1,5% compared with October 2006. 

Retail trade sales at current prices, for the three months up to October 2007, increased by 10,4% compared with the three months up to October 2006. Furthermore, retail trade sales at current prices, for October 2007, increased by 9,6% compared with October 2006.
