Key findings: P6242.1 - Retail trade sales, May 2006
Retail trade sales increase in real terms
Retail trade sales at constant (2000) prices, for the three months up to May 2006, increased by 10,3% compared with the three months up to May 2005.
Similarly, retail trade sales at constant (2000) prices, for period January to May 2006, increased by 9,7% compared with January to May 2005. Retail trade sales at constant (2000) prices, for May 2006, increased by 10,6% compared with May 2005.
Retail trade sales at current prices, for the three months up to May 2006, increased by 15,2% compared with the three months up to May 2005. Retail trade sales at current prices, for May 2006, increased by 15,9% compared with May 2005.
