Wholesale trade sales in real terms

Wholesale trade sales, at constant 2000 prices, for the three months ended November 2010 increased by 4,7% compared with the three months ended November 2009, while sales for the same period in 2009 decreased by 11,2%. Seasonally adjusted wholesale trade sales for the three months ended November 2010 decreased by 0,2% compared with the three months ended August 2010.

Wholesale trade sales, at constant 2000 prices, for November 2010 increased by 8,1% compared with November 2009.

Wholesale trade sales in nominal terms

Wholesale trade sales, at current prices, for the three months ended November 2010 increased by 10,3% compared with the three months ended November 2009. The major contributors to this increase were dealers in solid, liquid and gaseous fuels and related products (22,2% and contributing 4,0 percentage points) and dealers in food, beverages and tobacco (12,0% and contributing 2,0 percentage points).
 
Wholesale trade sales, at current prices, for November 2010 increased by 13,6% compared with November 2009, while sales for the corresponding period in 2009 decreased by 15,2%.
