Wholesale trade sales increase in real terms

Wholesale trade sales, at constant (2000) prices, for the three months ending July 2007 increased by 4,6% compared with the three months ending July 2006.  Seasonally adjusted wholesale trade sales, at constant (2000) prices, for the three months ending July 2007 decreased by 0,7% compared with the previous three months. 

Wholesale trade sales, at constant (2000) prices, for the first seven months of 2007 increased by 7,1% compared with the first seven months of 2006. Furthermore, wholesale trade sales, at constant (2000) prices, for July 2007 increased by 3,8% compared with July 2006. This increase is lower than the 8,4% growth reported for the corresponding period in 2006.

Wholesale trade sales increase at current prices

Wholesale trade sales, at current prices, for the three months ending July 2007 increased by 16,7% compared with the three months ending July 2006. The 16,7% increase is higher than the 15,3% growth for the corresponding period in 2006.

Wholesale trade sales, at current prices, for the first seven months of 2007 increased by 19,1% compared with the first seven months of 2006. Similarly, wholesale trade sales, at current prices, for July 2007 increased by 15,2% compared with July 2006.
