Wholesale trade sales increase in real terms

Wholesale trade sales, at constant (2000) prices, for the three months ended October 2006 increased by 6,0% compared with the three months ended October 2005. Seasonally adjusted wholesale trade sales, at constant (2000) prices, for the three months ended October 2006  increased by 2,1% compared with the three months ended July 2006. 

Wholesale trade sales, at constant (2000) prices, for October 2006 increased by 6,2% compared with October 2005. This 6,2% is higher than the 1,4% growth in 2005.

Wholesale trade sales at constant (2000) prices, for January to October 2006, increased by 6,9% compared with the same period in 2005. The 6,9% increase is higher than the 3,4% growth for the corresponding period in 2005.

Wholesale trade sales increase at current prices

Wholesale trade sales, at current prices, for the three months ended October 2006  increased by 16,3%  compared with the three months ended October 2005. The 16,3% increase is higher than the 7,6% growth for the corresponding  period in 2005.
