Key findings: P5041.1 - Selected building statistics of the private sector as reported by local government institutions, October 2015
The real value of recorded building plans passed (at constant 2010 prices) decreased by 0,2% (-R113,0 million) year-on-year during January to October 2015. Non-residential buildings fell by 6,7% (-R1 119,8 million).
The real value of buildings reported as completed (at constant 2010 prices) increased by 3,4% (R1 182,1 million) year-on-year during January to October 2015. Residential buildings rose by 9,9% (R1 823,9 million).
