Key findings: P4141 - Electricity generated and available for distribution, September 2020
Electricity
generation (production) decreased by 3,1% year-on-year in September 2020.
Seasonally adjusted electricity generation decreased by 0,6% in September 2020
compared with August 2020. This followed month-on-month changes of 1,5% in
August 2020 and 1,2% in July 2020. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation
increased by 10,2% in the third quarter of 2020 compared with the second
quarter of 2020.
Electricity
distribution (consumption) decreased by 2,1% year-on-year in September 2020.
Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution decreased by 1,0% month-on-month
in September 2020, following month-on-month changes of 1,7% in August 2020 and
2,0% in July 2020. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution increased by
11,7% in the third quarter of 2020 compared with the second quarter of 2020.
