Electricity generated and available for distribution March 2020
Electricity generation (production) decreased by 4,1% year-on-year in March 2020. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation decreased by 1,8% in March 2020 compared with February 2020. This followed month-on-month changes of -0,2% in February 2020 and 0,9% in January 2020. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation decreased by 1,2% in the first quarter of 2020 compared with the fourth quarter of 2019.
Electricity
distribution (consumption) decreased by 5,1% year-on-year in March 2020.
Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution decreased by 2,0% month-on-month
in March 2020, following month-on-month changes of -1,1% in February 2020 and
0,9% in January 2020. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution decreased by
1,9% in the first quarter of 2020 compared with the fourth quarter of 2019.
