Key findings: P4141 - Electricity generated and available for distribution, July 2019
Electricity generation (production) decreased by 0,6% year-on-year in July 2019. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation decreased by 1,3% in July 2019 compared with June 2019. This followed month-on-month changes of 0,5% in June 2019 and -0,7% in May 2019. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation increased by 0,9% in the three months ended July 2019 compared with the previous three months.
Electricity distribution (consumption) decreased by 1,9% year-on-year in July 2019. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution decreased by 0,5% month-on-month in July 2019, following month-on-month changes of -0,7% in June 2019 and -0,4% in May 2019. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution increased by 0,5% in the three months ended July 2019 compared with the previous three months.
