Electricity generated and available for distribution April 2019
Electricity generation (production) increased by 1,8% year-on-year in April 2019. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation increased by 3,1% in April 2019 compared with March 2019. This followed month-on-month changes of -1,3% in March 2019 and -0,2% in February 2019. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation decreased by 0,6% in the three months ended April 2019 compared with the previous three months.
Electricity distribution (consumption) increased by 1,6% year-on-year in April 2019. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution increased by 2,9% month-on-month in April 2019, following month-on-month changes of -1,5% in March 2019 and -1,1% in February 2019. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution decreased by 1,3% in the three months ended April 2019 compared with the previous three months.
