Electricity generated and available for distribution March 2019
Electricity generation (production) decreased by 2,9% year-on-year in March 2019. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation decreased by 1,0% in March 2019 compared with February 2019. This followed month-on-month changes of -0,2% in February 2019 and -0,9% in January 2019. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation decreased by 1,7% in the first quarter of 2019 compared with the fourth quarter of 2018.
Electricity distribution (consumption) decreased by 2,8% year-on-year in March 2019. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution decreased by 1,2% month-on-month in March 2019, following month-on-month changes of -1,2% in February 2019 and -0,7% in January 2019. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution decreased by 1,7% in the first quarter of 2019 compared with the fourth quarter of 2018.
