Key findings: P4141 - Electricity generated and available for distribution, February 2025
Electricity generation increased by 0,4% year-on-year in February 2025. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation decreased by 2,5% in February 2025 compared with January 2025. This followed month-on-month changes of 0,4% in January 2025 and -1,6% in December 2024. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation decreased by 2,1% in the three months ended February 2025 compared with the previous three months.
Electricity
available for distribution decreased by 3,5% year-on-year in February 2025.
Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution decreased by 2,7% month-on-month
in February 2025, following month-on-month changes of 0,1% in January 2025 and
-0,9% in December 2024. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution decreased
by 2,3% in the three months ended February 2025 compared with the previous
three months.
