Key findings: P4141 - Electricity generated and available for distribution, July 2024
Electricity generation (production) increased by 8,5% year-on-year in July 2024. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation increased by 1,3% in July 2024 compared with June 2024. This followed month-on-month changes of 2,4% in June 2024 and -0,5% in May 2024. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation increased by 2,5% in the three months ended July 2024 compared with the previous three months.
Electricity distribution (consumption)
increased by 6,9% year-on-year in July 2024. Seasonally adjusted electricity
distribution increased by 1,6% month-on-month in July 2024, following
month-on-month changes of 0,9% in June 2024 and -0,5% in May 2024. Seasonally
adjusted electricity distribution increased by 1,6% in the three months ended
July 2024 compared with the previous three months.
