Electricity generated and available for distribution May 2018
Electricity generation (production) decreased by 0,8% year-on-year in May 2018. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation increased by 2,1% in May 2018 compared with April 2018. This followed month-on-month changes of
-1,6% in April 2018 and 0,6% in March 2018. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation decreased by 0,1% in the three months ended May 2018 compared with the previous three months.
Electricity distribution (consumption) increased by 0,2% year-on-year in May 2018. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution increased by 2,9% month-on-month in May 2018, following month-on-month changes of -1,4% in April 2018 and 1,1% in March 2018. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution increased by 0,8% in the three months ended May 2018 compared with the previous three months.
