Key findings: P4141 - Electricity generated and available for distribution, September 2022
Electricity generation (production) decreased by 8,2% year-on-year in September 2022. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation decreased by 6,9% in September 2022 compared with August 2022. This followed month-on-month changes of 5,6% in August 2022 and -2,7% in July 2022. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation decreased by 1,9% in the third quarter of 2022 compared with the second quarter of 2022.
Electricity distribution (consumption)
decreased by 7,5% year-on-year in September 2022. Seasonally adjusted
electricity distribution decreased by 7,7% month-on-month in September 2022,
following month-on-month changes of 6,1% in August 2022 and -3,0% in July 2022.
Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution decreased by 1,8% in the third
quarter of 2022 compared with the second quarter of 2022.
