Key findings: P4141 - Electricity generated and available for distribution, October 2021
Electricity generation (production) decreased by 3,4% year-on-year in
October 2021. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation decreased by 3,8% in
October 2021 compared with September 2021. This followed month-on-month changes
of -0,5% in September 2021 and -0,3% in August 2021. Seasonally adjusted
electricity generation decreased by 2,1% in the three months ended October 2021
compared with the previous three months.
Electricity
distribution (consumption) decreased by 3,6% year-on-year in October 2021.
Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution decreased by 4,2% month-on-month
in October 2021, following month-on-month changes of -0,9% in September 2021
and 0,7% in August 2021. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution decreased
by 1,0% in the three months ended October 2021 compared with the previous three
months.
