Key findings: P4141 - Electricity generated and available for distribution, July 2021
Electricity generation (production) increased by 3,5% year-on-year in July 2021. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation increased by 0,7% in July 2021 compared with June 2021. This followed month-on-month changes of -1,4% in June 2021 and 0,7% in May 2021. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation increased by 0,6% in the three months ended July 2021 compared with the previous three months.
Electricity distribution (consumption) increased
by 2,9% year-on-year in July 2021. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution
increased by 2,0% month-on-month in July 2021, following month-on-month changes
of -2,2% in June 2021 and 0,9% in May 2021. Seasonally adjusted electricity
distribution increased by 0,4% in the three months ended July 2021 compared
with the previous three months.
