Key findings: P4141 - Electricity generated and available for distribution, February 2021
Electricity generation (production) decreased
by 4,3% year-on-year in February 2021. Seasonally adjusted electricity
generation increased by 2,1% in February 2021 compared with January 2021. This
followed month-on-month changes of -2,5% in January 2021 and 0,2% in December
2020. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation decreased by 0,4% in the three
months ended February 2021 compared with the previous three months.
Electricity distribution (consumption) decreased by 3,8% year-on-year in February 2021. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution increased by 1,2% month-on-month in February 2021, following month-on-month changes of -2,3% in January 2021 and 0,6% in December 2020. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution decreased by 0,3% in the three months ended February 2021 compared with the previous three months.
