Key findings: P4141 - Electricity generated and available for distribution, April 2018
Electricity generation (production) decreased by 0,5% year-on-year in April 2018. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation decreased by 1,7% in April 2018 compared with March 2018. This followed month-on-month changes of 0,6% in March 2018 and -0,7% in February 2018. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation decreased by 0,8% in the three months ended April 2018 compared with the previous three months.
Electricity distribution (consumption) decreased by 0,7% year-on-year in April 2018. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution decreased by 1,3% month-on-month in April 2018, following month-on-month changes of 1,1% in March 2018 and -0,4% in February 2018. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution decreased by 0,3% in the three months ended April 2018 compared with the previous three months.
