Electricity generated and available for distribution April 2017
Electricity generation (production) increased by 0,8% year-on-year in April 2017. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation increased by 1,1% in April 2017 compared with March 2017. This followed month-on-month changes of 0,9% in March 2017 and -0,7% in February 2017. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation decreased by 0,1% in the three months ended April 2017 compared with the previous three months.
Electricity distribution (consumption) increased by 0,1% year-on-year in April 2017. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution increased by 0,2% month-on-month in April 2017, following month-on-month changes of 1,1% in March 2017 and 0,2% in February 2017. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution increased by 0,8% in the three months ended April 2017 compared with the previous three months.
