Key findings: P4141 - Electricity generated and available for distribution, February 2017
Electricity generation (production) decreased by 3,8% year-on-year in February 2017. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation decreased by 0,8% in February 2017 compared with January 2017. This followed month-on-month changes of -0,6% in January 2017 and 0,1% in December 2016. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation decreased by 0,4% in the three months ended February 2017 compared with the previous three months.
Electricity distribution (consumption) decreased by 3,6% year-on-year in February 2017. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution increased by 0,1% month-on-month in February 2017, following month-on-month changes of -0,2% in January 2017 and 0,1% in December 2016. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution decreased by 0,1% in the three months ended February 2017 compared with the previous three months.
