Key findings: P4141 - Electricity generated and available for distribution, July 2016
Electricity generation (production) increased by 2,0% year-on-year in July 2016. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation increased by 0,2% in July 2016 compared with June 2016. This followed month-on-month changes of 0,0% in June 2016 and 0,8% in May 2016. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation increased by 0,5% in the three months ended July 2016 compared with the previous three months.
Electricity distribution (consumption) decreased by 0,6% year-on-year in July 2016. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution increased by 0,5% month-on-month in July 2016, following month-on-month changes of -1,0% in June 2016 and 0,6% in May 2016. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution decreased by 0,2% in the three months ended July 2016 compared with the previous three months.
