Key findings: P4141 - Electricity generated and available for distribution, June 2016
Electricity generation (production) increased by 0,4% year-on-year in June 2016. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation remained unchanged in June 2016 compared with May 2016. This followed month-on-month changes of 0,8% in May 2016 and 0,2% in April 2016. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation increased by 0,1% in the second quarter of 2016 compared with the first quarter of 2016.
Electricity distribution (consumption) decreased by 2,2% year-on-year in June 2016. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution decreased by 1,0% month-on-month in June 2016, following month-on-month changes of 0,6% in May 2016 and -0,3% in April 2016. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution decreased by 0,4% in the second quarter of 2016 compared with the first quarter of 2016.
