Key findings: P4141 - Electricity generated and available for distribution, February 2015
Electricity generation (production) decreased by 2,1% year-on-year in February 2015. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation decreased by 0,8% in February 2015 compared with January 2015. This followed month-on-month changes of 0,3% in January 2015 and 1,2% in December 2014. Seasonally adjusted electricity generation decreased by 0,4% in the three months ended February 2015 compared with the previous three months.
Electricity distribution (consumption) decreased by 0,8% year-on-year in February 2015. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution decreased by 0,3% month-on-month in February 2015, following month-on-month changes of 0,2% in January 2015 and 0,4% in December 2014. Seasonally adjusted electricity distribution decreased by 0,5% in the three months ended February 2015 compared with the previous three months.
