Key findings: P3041.2 - Manufacturing: Production and sales, October 2006
The estimated seasonally adjusted manufacturing production for the three months ended October 2006 increased by 0,3% compared with the previous three months. In addition, the estimated manufacturing production for the first ten months of 2006 increased by 4,7% compared with the first ten months of 2005.
The estimated total value of sales of manufactured products at current prices for the three months ended October 2006 increased by 5,1% (+R12 199 million), after seasonal adjustment, compared with the previous three months.
