Key findings: P3041.2 - Manufacturing: Production and sales, September 2006
The estimated seasonally adjusted manufacturing production for the third quarter of 2006 increased by 1,3% compared with the second quarter of 2006. In addition, the estimated manufacturing production for the first nine months of 2006 increased by 4,3% compared with the first nine months of 2005 same period last year.
The estimated total value of sales of manufactured products at current prices for the third quarter of 2006 increased by 7,0% (+R16 174 million), after seasonal adjustment, compared with the second quarter of 2006.
