Key findings: P2041 - Mining: Production and sales, June 2007
The total mining production for the second quarter of 2007 increased by 0,2% compared with the second quarter of 2006. However, the actual total mining production for June 2007 decreased by 1,0% compared with June 2006.
The total seasonally adjusted value of mineral sales at current prices for the three months ended May 2007 reflected an increase of 8,2% compared with the previous three months. Furthermore, the actual total value of mineral sales at current prices for the three months ended May 2007 increased by 37,3% compared with the three months ended May 2006.
