Key findings: P2041 - Mining: Production and sales, April 2007
The total mining production for the three months ended April 2007 increased by 1,2% compared with the three months ended April 2006. Furthermore, the actual total mining production for April 2007 increased by 0,6% compared with April 2006.
The seasonally adjusted value of mineral sales at current prices for the first quarter of 2007 reflected an increase of 3,4% compared with the previous quarter. Furthermore, the actual value of mineral sales at current prices for the first quarter of 2007 increased by 38,8% compared with the first quarter of 2006.
