Key findings: P2041 - Mining: Production and sales, December 2006
The total mining production for the three months ended December 2006, after seasonal adjustment, increased by 5,5% compared with the previous three months. However the total mining production for the year 2006, after seasonal adjustment, decreased by 1,1% compared with the year 2005.
The seasonally adjusted value of mineral sales at current prices for the three months ended November 2006 reflected an increase of 9,9% compared with the previous three months.
