Key findings: P0160 - Residential Property Price Index Report , October 2024
Annual national residential property price
inflation was 4,1% in October 2024, an increase from a revised 3,8% in
September 2024. The residential property price index (RPPI) increased by 0,5%
month-on-month in October 2024.
