KEY FINDINGS AT JANUARY 2024
Residential Property Price Indices
Annual national residential property price inflation was 1,9% in January 2024, unchanged from a revised 1,9% in December 2023. The residential property price index (RPPI) increased by 0,2% month-on-month in January 2024.
