Key findings: P0151 - Contract Price Adjustment Provisions Work Group Indices (CPAP), March 2017
In March 2017, month-on-month percentage changes in the work group indices ranged from -1,2% for work group 110 to 3,2% for work group 129.
Noteworthy changes in the results for March 2017 are as follows:
- Work group 129: The monthly percentage increase of 3,2% reflected by this index was mainly due to a 5,5% monthly increase in the PPI for Gypsum board, which accounts for 25,0% of the index, a 5,5% monthly increase in the PPI for Drop in ceiling tiles - gypsum, which accounts for 20,0% of the index and a 5,5% monthly increase in the PPI for Drop in ceiling tiles - masonite, which accounts for 15,0% of the index.
- Work group 132: The monthly percentage increase of 2,4% reflected by this index was mainly due to a 4,9% monthly increase in the PPI for Hinges, which accounts for 26,0% of the index and a 3,9% monthly increase in the PPI for Lever locks, which accounts for 31,0% of the index.
- Work group 110: The monthly percentage decrease of 1,2% reflected by this index was mainly due to a 2,9% monthly decrease in the PPI for Cement retail price, which accounts for 45,0% of the index.
