Key findings: P0142.1 - Producer Price Index (PPI), August 2009
The annual percentage change in the PPI was -4,0% in August 2009 (i.e. the PPI in August 2009 compared with August 2008).
The Producer Price Index (PPI) for domestic output shows an annual rate of change of -4,0% in August 2009 (i.e. the PPI in August 2009 compared with August 2008). This rate is 0,2 of a percentage point lower than the corresponding annual rate of -3,8% in July 2009.
From July 2009 to August 2009 the PPI for domestic output increased by 0,3%.
