Key findings: P0142.1 - Producer Price Index (PPI), September 2007
The annual percentage change in the PPI remained unchanged at +9,4% at September 2007 (i.e. the PPI at September 2007 compared with that at September 2006).
The Production Price Index (PPI) for all commodities for consumption in South Africa shows an annual rate of change of 9,4% at September 2007 (i.e. the PPI at September 2007 compared with that at September 2006). This rate of 9,4% is the same as at August 2007 (i.e. the PPI at August 2007 compared with that at September 2006).
From August 2007 to September 2007 the PPI for all commodities for consumption in South Africa decreased by 0,7%.
