Key findings: P0142.1 - Producer Price Index (PPI), November 2006
KEY FINDINGS AS AT NOVEMBER 2006
Annual percentage change in the PPI remained unchanged at + 10,0% at November 2006 (i.e. the PPI at November 2006 compared with that at November 2005).
The Production Price Index (PPI) for all commodities for South African consumption shows an annual rate of change of 10,0% at November 2006 (i.e. the PPI at November 2006 compared with that at November 2005). This rate of 10,0% is the same as at October 2006 (i.e. the PPI at October 2006 compared with that at October 2005).
From October 2006 to November 2006 the PPI for all commodities for South African consumption increased by + 0,5%.
