Key findings: P0141 - Consumer Price Index (CPI), October 2013
The headline inflation rate in October 2013 (i.e. the Consumer Price Index for all urban areas in October 2013 compared with that at October 2012) was 5,5%.
The official inflation rate (i.e. the percentage change in the CPI for all urban areas in October 2013 compared with that in October 2012) was 5,5% at October 2013. This rate was 0,5 of a percentage point lower than the corresponding annual rate of 6,0% in September 2013 (i.e. the Consumer Price Index for all urban areas in September 2013 compared with that in September 2012).
From September 2013 to October 2013 the Consumer Price Index for all urban increased by 0,2%.
