Key findings: P0141 - Consumer Price Index (CPI), September 2013
The headline inflation rate in September 2013 (i.e. the Consumer Price Index for all urban areas in September 2013 compared with that at September 2012) was 6,0%
The official inflation rate (i.e. the percentage change in the CPI for all urban areas in September 2013 compared with that in September 2012) was 6,0% at September 2013. This rate was 0,4 of a percentage point lower than the corresponding annual rate of 6,4% in August 2013 (i.e. the Consumer Price Index for all urban areas in August 2013 compared with that in August 2012).
From August 2013 to September 2013 the Consumer Price Index for all urban increased by 0,5%.
